All shoes are made-to-order. We will start custom production within 24 hours of your order. This process depends on the quantity and generally does not exceed 7 days.

Estimated Delivery Time

• US, Canada, Australia, UK & most European regions: 7–10 business days
• Other countries: 5 – 15 business days

Shipping Method

Packages ship via your local post or courier. If unattended, a notice card will be left for pickup/redelivery.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancel within 8 hours of purchase; afterwards production starts and orders cannot be changed. We only accept returns if the item is damaged. Email support@zapasduo.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number, photos, and proof of purchase.
